We are looking for a motivated, licensed buyer’s agent who is passionate about connecting with people and looking to be part of a team that is driven to make the home buying experience exceptional. You will be responsible for creating a positive experience throughout the entire home buying process, from engaging pre-qualified leads, showing properties and facilitating offers to managing escrow details and closing on the home. Overview:

As a Buyer’s Agent, you will harmonize the end-to-end buying experience as a dedicated, knowledgeable and experienced real estate professional. You will engage new buyers, become an advocate for their needs, be a local expert, helpful, dependable, and highly competent.

Responsibilities:

• Engage new buyers and cultivate those contacts into clients
• Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market and the home buying process
• Understand, guide and collaborate on home search criteria and provide new listings that meet those needs
• Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers
• Perform comps, create an offer strategy, prepare a purchase agreement and respond with counters
• Handle all aspects of inspection coordination, analysis and recommendations
• Manage contingency timeline, communication and follow-up
• Coordinate and participate in vendor and client property visits throughout escrow
• Guide the buyers throughout the end to end buying process with the assistance of Jesse
• Actively work to promote and support the team within the local market

Qualifications:

• A licensed real estate agent
• South Bay, Los Angeles neighborhood experience with knowledge of comps, availability, neighborhood data, market values
• Experience performing comps, creating an offer strategy, preparing a purchase agreement and responding with counter offers
• Negotiation expertise tailored to buyers’ needs
• In-depth understanding of the real estate services and its position in local markets
• Self-motivated, driven and energetic
• Willingness to work hard in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional written, verbal, phone and presentation skills
• Service oriented attitude with a client first focus
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work productively within a team environment
